Hatzoloh Toronto is a non-profit, community funded EMS organization whose purpose is to respond rapidly to the emergency medical needs of the Toronto and York Region Jewish communities, 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. It complements the city’s expertly trained paramedics by providing high quality, non transport pre-hospital care generally within 2 – 3 minutes of being dispatched. After primary care has been transferred to the responding ambulance crew, Hatzoloh medics will remain on scene to assist the paramedics, the patient, and their family as needed, until transport has been initiated.
